SKD®GREENBABYGREENBABY is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is a viscous liquid state rubber under room temperature with average molecular weight of around 10000. GREENBABY is pale yellow, translucent and odourless. GREENBABY is the non-volatile and non-precipitation plasticizer and processing agent for polar polymers such as NBR, CR etc. GREENBABY can also be used in resin modification and adhesive materials.
CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION: GREENBABY uses as a plasticizer for solid nitrile rubber, can be completely dissolved with any type of nitrile rubber without any limitation on the dosage. GREENBABY uses as softener for nitrile rubber, and will not precipitate from the products, therefore improves oil resistance property and extend service life. GREENBABY is the modifying agent for PVC resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin and other resins. It can improve the low temperature resistance, heat resistance, rebound resilience properties and softness of the products. GREENBABY®LR can be used in preparation of adhesives. It can also be used as a special plasticizer for plastisol and other applications.

PACKAGING
GREENBABY®LR is packed in either 25kg metal pails or 200kg steel drums.
PRODUCT STORAGE
1. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight, away from heat, storage temperature should not be higher than 40°C.
2. Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture under proper storage conditions.
