    First, according to the amount of bound acrylonitrile classification

    1 ) Very high nitrile grade with 42 % bound acrylonitrile;
    2 ) High nitrile grade of 36 - 41 % bound acrylonitrile;
    3 ) A medium and high nitrile grade with an amount of bound acrylonitrile of 31 - 35 %;
    4 ) A medium nitrile grade of 25 - 30 % bound acrylonitrile;

    Three. classification by mooney viscosity
    The mooney viscosity ( ml 100 ℃ 1 + 4 ) of commercial nitrile rubber is 20 - 140, and that of main varieties is 25 - 100.
