Liquid rubber (GREENBABY® LR®) is a liquid mobile low molecular rubber polymer. LR is yellowish, translucent and tasteless.
GREENBABY® LR® is a reactive plasticizer & softener, LR is a rubber material with the function of plasticizer, and can be co vulcanized with NBR, NR, IR, IIR, SBR, BR, EPDM and other rubber, sulphur or peroxide vulcanization system.Improved processing performance:
* Shortening the mixing time of rubber
* Low heat consumption and less electricity consumption in rubber mixing
* reduce the Mooney viscosity of compound
* Improve the technological properties of extrusion and calendering
Improve the physical properties of vulcanized rubber:
* Intensity
* Elongation
* Resistance to aging
* Improving solvent resistance and no migration in solvents.
* Co vulcanization with NR, IR, IIR, SBR, BR, NBR, CR and EPDM.
* LR can increase adhesion to metals and glass fibers.* Improve mechanical properties when combined with clay and silica.
Type: Basic level LR-899, carboxylation grade LR518X, hydrogenation grade LR-2020H, emulsion grade L-R518.

The main uses of LR:
* In (NBR, IR, SBR, BR, CR), it can be used as reactive plasticizer for tire, wire, cable, cots, hose, footwear and other products.
* Pressure sensitive adhesives (NR, IR, SBR, SBS, etc.)
* Hot melt adhesive (SIS, EVA, etc.)
* Sealant
* Low molecular liquid rubber
* Excellent reaction with crosslinking agent such as sulfur and peroxide.
* Good adhesion to metal, chemical fiber and glass fiber in rubber.
